TANGICLOUD ACQUIRES ONENFP

Denver, CO – Tangicloud Technologies, Inc. today announced the acquisition of a majority of OneNFP assets from owner OneCloud Company of Edmonton, Alberta.
The acquisition will allow Denver based Tangicloud to upgrade existing OneNFP customers and new prospects to the latest Microsoft cloud-based financial software for nonprofits and governments.
“This acquisition will allow us the opportunity to re-enter a community that has always provided exciting opportunities for us,” said CEO, Jay Malik. “The nonprofit and government markets deserve the best possible solutions for their complex accounting needs, and they deserve it on the most modern, secure, and cost effective platform—the Microsoft Cloud.”
OneCloudCo approached the Maliks in November 2015. “We have worked with Jay and Liesa Malik in the past, and have found their dedication to the market, their integrity with both customers and vendors to be of the highest standards, and their ability to create sales and service revenues to be outstanding,” said Dwayne Kushniruk, CEO of OneCloudCo.
“We wanted a team to take over the assets that would honor the course we started on and continue to improve the product vision we established. The Maliks and their new company should be easily able to fulfill that mission.”
The acquisition of the OneNFP assets has put Tangicloud on a fast-track for the release. Development of the upgraded product will begin immediately with release plans set for later this spring.
